Records Unit

What We Do


The Records Unit is responsible for the entry of all data into the Police Department computers. We also maintain and retrieve records for:
  • Calls for service
  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Case incident reports
  • Arrest / custody records and dispositions
  • Citations / arrests
  • Monthly statistics
  • TRACS software

Staff


The Records Unit is staffed by one full-time data entry / computer operator.
