NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 26th day of May, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Cedar Falls City Hall, 220 Clay Street, Cedar Falls, Iowa, a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa. The purpose of the hearing is to amend the FY2008-2009 Consolidated Plan and budget to include the addition of Community Development Block Grant funds received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. A copy of the amended budget and proposed activities is on file for review in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Any party interested in the Fiscal Year 2008-09 Consolidated Plan amendment may appear at the time and place of hearing and be heard, or may file written comments with the City Clerk on or before the date and time of said meeting.
