- Guide and provide structure to regular HRC meetings and serve as experienced group to lead newer members
- Collaborate with other City groups
- Recruit new members
Goals
- Provide institutional knowledge continuity with new members
- Recruit new members who will add to the Commission in both ideas and diversity of backgrounds.
Tasks
- Ensure committees hold regular meetings
- Set the agenda for regular HRC meetings
- Serve as a liaison with the city
- Recruit and interview new HRC applicants
- Maintain and revise bylaws
- Create and manage budget
- Create and present annual report
