Gym Rental Terms
1. Must be 18 years of age to rent the Gym.
2. Will assume responsibility for the cost of replacement or repair incurred by the rental group during use of the facility. Will leave premises in the same or better condition than when took charge of it.
3. Understands that facility rules are in effect and anyone violating those rules repeatedly will be asked to leave.
4. Realize that this facility is available when not conflicting with Recreation Division programs. The Recreation Division reserves the right to terminate this contract if a conflict arises.
5. Rental/Booking time includes set up and tear down time. Doors will open at start time listed on contract. Staying past end time listed on contract will require additional billing.
6. Will provide supervision for any/all youth at a ratio of 1 adult to 10 youth.
7. No food and no drinks, other than water, allowed in the gym. The staff reserves the right to confiscate any food or drinks found in the gym. Abuse of this rule and you will be asked to leave the premises.
8. You are responsible for bringing your own basketballs.
9. Private Admission to your rental may NOT be charged.
10. Refund Policy

FitGym is 4,000 square feet with an impact absorbing floor, drop down curtain, 6 baskets and capabilities for Volleyball.

• Fee:
  $35/hour for entire FitGym
  $20/hour for 1/2 the FitGym
  Additional staff costs for After Hours

The Main Gym is 7,200 square feet.  The floor is marked for 1 Large basketball court,  2 Crosscourt basketball courts,  2 Regulation volleyball courts,  3 Pickleball courts,  All 6 baskets are retractable, with the 4 cross court baskets being adjustable down to 8 feet.  A curtain may be lowered to divide the gym equally. 2 Scoreboards.  Speaker System

Rentals

  $75/hour for entire Gym
  $40/hour for 1/2 the Gym
  After Hours Rentals Only

Open Gym Times

• At most times of every day, there are available baskets for open shooting.
• The main gym is closed to youth Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am-1:00pm for adult drop in use.
  The FitGym is available for youth at this time.
