We invite you to help welcome the new Tourism and Cultural Programs Manager for the City of Cedar Falls, Jennifer Pickar!
Jennifer has promoted Cedar Rapids since 2010, serving as the Cedar Rapids Tourism Director of Communications and Marketing. She has extensive knowledge of destination marketing, having worked at the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau (Catch Des Moines) for six years and interning at the Ames Convention and Visitors Bureau during college.
From 2007-2010, Jennifer worked with the American Red Cross, serving the Cedar Rapids and Waterloo chapters.
She loves public art and exploring new places.
Jennifer started at the Cedar Falls Tourism and Visitors Bureau on August 2, 2021, and we are excited to see what she will do in the future. Welcome, Jennifer!
