Downtown Streetscape and Reconstruction Project- The brick pavers have been installed along the first 8 feet of each business along the east side of the 300 block. From that 8' out to the back of the curb along Main Street, the contractor has installed the new subdrain and conduit, and has begun work on the concrete pads for the sidewalk amenities and curb for the miscellaneous planter beds. Mid-week, the new brick pavers will begin getting installed out to the curb.

West 1st Street/HWY 57 Expansion- For the week of April 26th, the contractor will finish underground utility work on the southwestern corner of W. 1st Street (HWY 57) and Hudson Road. Site grading and roadway preparation will continue into the second half of the week as the contractor's prepare for paving operations. Head-to-Head traffic pattern will remain on the northern lanes as crews rebuild the southern half of the intersection.

McClain Drive- Stage 1 of McClain Drive is currently underway. The new watermain is nearing completion, while storm sewer structures are getting installed beginning next week.
Brandilynn Boulevard (West cul-de-sac east through the Andrea Drive intersection)- Stage 1 has begun with pavement removal to be completed this week. Next week, the contractor will prepare the surface for the new pavement.
