[ARCHIVED] Disposal Of Storm Debris

Cedar Falls residents affected by the early morning storm of June 23 may transport their storm damaged trees and vegetative debris to the City’s compost facility located on North Main Street. This site will be open only to those affected by the storm. All others will be turned away.

The compost facility will be open Wednesday, June 23 through Friday, June 25, and Monday, June 28, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. The site will be closed during the weekend due to Sturgis Falls activities.

After Monday, June 28, the site will be opened by appointment only. Appointments will be scheduled during regular business hours. Those with storm damaged trees and vegetation debris can make an appointment by calling the Public Works office at 273-8629.
