Free collection will begin on Mondays starting October 4th through November 29th. November 1st through November 12th the yard waste carts will be emptied as often as possible city wide along with the brown biodegradable bags. Due to the large volume of carts out for collection, all carts may not be emptied on Monday, leave out for collection on Tuesday.
