Cedar Falls Fire Rescue is requesting help from our community. Due to a recent snowfall, firefighters are requesting that residents and business owners clear the snow from around the fire hydrants and utility services located on their property.
Fire Rescue crews will be out over the next few days removing snow from around the hydrants in the community.
With around 1,000 fire hydrants in the city, firefighters said they appreciate the public’s assistance.
