The City of Cedar Falls is accepting proposals for the leasing of 390 acres of farm ground in eastern Grundy Co. (147 ac) & western Black Hawk Co. (243 ac.).
A 70 acre tract will be set aside each year for use by the City and not rented. This tract is prepared, planted and harvested by tenant with crop proceeds returned to the City.
